We specialize in site-finished custom wood flooring. We work closely with homeowners, architects, designers, and home builders to make our customers' design ideas a reality.

Job Duties:

  • Nail and full trowel glue installations of strip and wide plank wood flooring
  • Proficiently use all saws, such as table saw, chop saw, router, FEIN tool, track saw
  • Use chalk lines and tapes to mark measurements and ensure proper positioning
  • Use protective equipment while working
  • Coordinate with the carpenters to trim work on walls and doors
  • Run buffers and edgers
  • Assist in staining and coating wood floors


Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the hardwood flooring trade
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
  • Clean driving record
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills in which you can effectively communicate with others in a timely, professional, and positive manner
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage a schedule
  • Neat and clean in appearance
  • Ability to lift +50 lb
